Inpired us to explore the remote Silvercoast north of Lisbon with a tiny model airoplane.


Flying has been a lifelong passion. I gained my UK pilot's licence in 1968 and have flown in many Euopean countries.  I enjoyed Florida airspace as the hobby was much less expensive than in the UK.

Camping Des Abers in Brittany is a 'must' if you prefer a happy staff who run a very special and welcoming service.  We travel there in the spring when the flowers seem at their best. 

Berry Head on the southern part of Torbay is a fascinating

Place to visit.  Its history is well worth looking up on Google.


The happiest and saddist video we have ever made. We impulsively took a midnight ferry to France in our motorhome.  The following clips were taken from the various museums with their full permission.


Before drones became the first choice of movie-makers we would attach a tiny camera to a regular radio-controlled aircraft.

'Commodore' class is normally too expensive for us.  On this occassion we decided to treat ourselves  and try Brittany Ferries top accomodation. I am glad we did.  We continue to check our premium bonds!
